LICORES BAINES

150 years of craftsmanship

Founded in 1844 in the "Rochapea" quarter of Pamplona, Baines was at first a distiller of spirits and liqueurs, eventually becoming well-known for its craftsmanship in the production of the locally famous "Pacharan". Traditionally a home-made liqueur, it was through the efforts of our company that it first began to make a name for itself on a commercial basis.

By 1959, our family had put into full production two of the most traditional products of our region "Morello Cherry Anisette and Pacharan" thus achieving the specialisation that has allowed Licores Baines to occupy the top spots in the market.

Our cellar masters carefully tend to the maceration process of our liqueurs, part of which is undertaken in wood casks, the remainder being produced using more modern methods.
